This is the deficit that the Bear Buddies basketball team had to overcome in order to beat East’s team on Friday, Feb. 7.

With the clock running down, freshman Shayla Lee put in two free throws to close the point difference to one. Then, in the last minute, senior Justin Love made a game winning shot to bring the score to 33-32.

Lee led the Bear Buddies in scoring. Aid from her teammates and dedicated coaching staff helped lead the team to victory.
